David Patten is a skilled advocate, practising his craft primarily in the area of employment relationships.
In addition to his advocacy skills, David is a qualified and experienced mediator and arbitrator and accepted assignments across a range of dispute areas including employment, family, rural, education and commercial.
David is also an experienced investigator into allegations made against staff members such as bullying, harassment and misappropriation/misuse of organisational property. These investigations have been carried out for both private and public sector clients.
Mediation, arbitration and investigations are now the primary focus of David’s legal practice.
